Cold Blow Cottage is located at Cold Blow Farm in Hastingleigh, near to Ashford, Kent in the Garden of England. Cold Blow Farm sits on the North Downs Way in 400 acres of National Nature Reserve just beyond the village of Wye (where you can find the site of the historic Wye Crown and the steep crevice of The Devil’s Kneading Trough). Wye village, just a 5 minute drive away, boasts a number of pubs serving good food, a café, newsagents, Post Office, butcher, bakery and Co-Op food store to help make your stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. Every other Saturday there is a local Farmers market too.

Whilst Cold Blow Cottage is an excellent choice for those wishing to explore the North Downs Way and enjoy the countryside at large, it also provides the perfect base for venturing further afield. The historic Cathedral City of Canterbury is only a 25 minute drive away with its many restaurants, shops, theatres and amenities. The south east coast (such as Hythe and Folkestone) can also be easily reached within 25 minutes by car, as can the Eurotunnel for those who may wish to take their car over to France for the day.
Ashford is one of the closest towns nearby, which offers all the usual modern entertainment facilities such as bowling, multi-cinema complexes and the Ashford Designer Outlet shopping centre. Ashford also benefits from the High Speed rail line into London St Pancras within 37 minutes or the Eurostar train services running to Lille, Paris, Lyon, French Alps, Brussels and Eurodisney.
